Your free preview stays in your browser
The one-time free preview runs entirely in your browser. The photo is read, sharpened and watermarked on your own device at low resolution, and it is not uploaded to our servers to show you the preview. If you close the tab, the preview is gone.
Full-resolution processing over encrypted connections
When you process a photo at full resolution on a plan, it travels to our processing infrastructure over an encrypted HTTPS connection and is stored encrypted at rest while the job runs and while it sits in your history. Download links are private to your account and expire after a short time.

Photos are deleted automatically after 30 days
Originals and results are deleted automatically 30 days after processing. That is also the length of the history you see in your account. You can delete any photo earlier from your history, and you can ask us to delete everything linked to your account by writing to [email protected]. Deleted photos are removed from our storage and are not kept in any archive we can restore from your account.
We do not train on your photos
Your photos and results are used only to give you the result you asked for. We do not use customer photos to train or improve AI models, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with advertisers. Our staff do not browse customer photos; access is limited to rare support cases you start and to investigating abuse of our terms.
Access control inside the company and your account
Access to production systems is limited to the few people who operate the service, protected with strong authentication and logged. Inside your account, only you can see your history on Personal and Pro.

- Studio supports single sign-on with Google Workspace or Microsoft, so access follows your company accounts
- Studio keeps an audit log of sign-ins, uploads, downloads, deletions and API key changes
- API keys can be revoked at any time by the account owner

Payments handled by our payment processor
Card payments are handled by our payment processor on a secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive a reference to your subscription, the card brand and the last four digits so you can recognize the card on your invoices. When you subscribe, your card is confirmed with your bank's 3D Secure check.
Acceptable use protects everyone
UnblurPicture is for your own photos and photos you have the right to edit. It is not for identifying people, enhancing faces from security or CCTV cameras, reading license plates, unredacting or reading blurred text, or any forensic or evidence use. The result is an enhanced photo, not evidence. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, which are set out in our terms of service.
